[SCC_Active_Members] Lisp 1.5 Primer

Another classic. Al Kossow has already scanned it, but I haven't linked 
to it since I'm not sure about the copyright. I don't see any trace of 
Dickenson Publishing any more, and I believe Clark Weissman died some 
years ago.  I just fired off a message to someone at the Association of 
American Publishers to see if they know who acquired the rights to this 
publisher's copyrights.
