FROM NOW ON THE SCC WILL MEET AT 5:30 pm on the same Wednesday dates as
in
the current meeting schedule.

There was strong consensus from the respondents, which where mostly
frequent
attendees, in favor of an evening time while keeping the actual days.
Unfortunately the change may impact few individuals negatively.  

The changes are reflected in the schedule below.

I have also attached the documents distributed at the 8/24 meeting.
